The Search for the Silver Lining is a podcast based on stories by 10-year-old Isla Nemeth. It’s for listeners who love medieval legends about knights and wizards.
The show’s main character is also named Isla. She’s fascinated by tales of King Arthur. After a hard day at school, Isla finds a magical penny. It transports her to the mythical land of Camelot. In each episode, Isla has an adventure there. She learns lessons about bravery, friendship, and perseverance.
Real-life Isla hopes the podcast encourages positive thinking, even when times are tough. “I’m a glass-half-full kid,” she told TFK. “So I wanted to make other people feel that way.” The Search for the Silver Lining is available on all major podcast platforms.
