Young people want a workplace that aligns with their values, according to the National Society of High School Scholars. The organization conducted a survey from January to March of this year. It asked more than 10,000 people what they’re looking for in a career. Everyone surveyed was born between 1996 and 2012.

The survey found that people in this age group want to work for companies that prioritize “fair treatment of employees” and “work-life balance.” They also look for employers with “corporate social responsibility.”

Many respondents like the idea of jobs in which they can help people. Nearly half report being interested in healthcare. Respondents listed St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital as the most desirable place to work. The hospital ranked higher than big companies like Amazon and Google.

Many people, especially kids younger than those surveyed, are still deciding what they want in a future career. TIME for Kids spoke to one of them: Kayden Estrada, 11, in Pennsylvania. “I want to do what I love, and I want to make money,” Kayden said. When you think about the future, what are your career values?
