Trolls on a Roll
Poppy, Branch, and the gang are back. Trolls Band Together hit theaters on November 17. It’s the third movie in the series. Poppy and her boyfriend, Branch, team up with his former boy band to save his brother Floyd. The movie has the same wackiness as ever. But there’s a bunch of new characters.
Walt Dohrn directed the movie. “As far as the design goes, we have a list of ingredients of who we think these characters are,” he told TIME for Kids. For instance, Branch’s brother Spruce likes to surf. The creative team styled his hair to look like a wave.
Fans of the series will find a lot to enjoy. “There’s something really exciting about being able to tell a different chapter of Branch and Poppy’s story,” Dohrn says. “We get to see them grow.”
